Great opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager or Assistant Manager to join a well-established company in Twickenham. Previous experience working for a larger chain would be an advantage and you must have previous experience working to sales targets and KPI's.

If you have worked in Retail Management in a Assistant Manager or Manager role for a minimum of 2-3 years then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities include providing advice and support to others and setting and reviewing tasks, working alongside and developing others and recognising individual and team success. Importantly, you will be required to maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting the products and services available and ensuring consistency of performance throughout the team.

Other key areas include demonstrating an awareness of competitor activity, actively supporting the promotion of the store and proposing suggestions and encouraging ideas from others.

You will receive great benefits which support a solid basic salary and a branch bonus scheme which include holiday - 28 days per annum (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day per complete year's service to a maximum of 33 days, bonus - opportunity to earn up to 25% of salary on a quarterly basis. Pension Scheme - eligible on completion of probation, contributory scheme at 3%, increasing to 6% after two year's service
