Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity providing support to vulnerable Adults?

Manpower is currently recruiting for medication trained Support Workers to work within a new purpose built extension of a West Sussex County Council respite home for Adults, based in Selsey; this home offers short stays/rehabilitation for clients following health issues, to re-enable them to go back to their homes.

We are offering on-going, bank work positions to include various shifts throughout the week and weekend; hours of work will include earlies, lates, nights and all day shifts, to start from 1st December 2016.

You will be required to assist service users to walk, move service users between wheelchair and chair etc. and to provide personal care, operate equipment and demonstrate activities.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of safeguarding and processes, good communication and interpersonal skills, preferably with a minimum of 1 years' experience working with vulnerable adults. Must hold certificate in medication administration (level 2+); NVQ Level 2 + or relevant equivalent qualification desired*

Excellent rates of pay: £9.50ph Monday - Friday & £13.50ph Saturday & Sunday and enhancements for weeknights after 12 weeks work (£12.10ph). Subject to satisfactory DBS and reference checks.
