An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Brand Development Manager & Digital Assistant Brand Development Manager within the Oral Care Team. These are both temporary roles to start ASAP and are expected to run for 12 months. The salaries for both positions are paying a maximum of £32300 per annum, depending on experience.


Regenerate is the first Prestige Oral Care brand globally launched by Unilever in 2014 and currently present in Europe, Brazil and NAME. Highly premium and truly innovative, REGENERATE is the first and only oral care ritual able to regenerate enamel mineral. Exclusively listed in selective premium and professional channels, REGENERATE has pushed oral care boundaries and will continue doing that in the future. Innovation is in the brand DNA and is the heart and soul of everything we do.

What are we looking for;

The marketing team is looking for a highly capable Assistant Global Brand Manager to support the team on various exciting breakthrough innovation projects and digital activities.
The role will require an empowered individual to independently lead and execute a number of activities/streams of work.

We are looking for someone who:
*has at least 1/2 years' marketing experience in Unilever or another STRUCTURED MARKETING driven organization / DIGITAL experience either in STRUCTURED MARKETING driven organizations or in a COMMUNICATION AGENCY
*is passionate about innovation, personal care and beauty trends in general - someone who understands premium
*has a strong performance record and an ambition to grow
*can work independently showing initiative, is able to deal with challenging tasks under time pressure and to deliver in a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment
*has a passion for detail

This role will be critical to supporting the Senior Global Brand Manager delivering the innovation roadmap for the Brand globally and will have specific responsibility for various projects in the innovation pipeline and great internal exposure:

*Crafting Marketing Mixes from Ideas to Launch
*Developing Digital Strategy and Assets and bring them to life
*Managing Cross functional teams
*Engaging with agencies, 3rd parties and senior stakeholders (the role has great visibility)
*Daily engaging with REGENERATE Markets and with Prestige Team
*Helps driving the Innovation Roadmap
*Support the Professional Marketing Team
