Become the voice of BT as a Customer Service Advisor at their contact centre in Bournemouth!

As a BT Customer Service Advisor you'll be the key point of contact for BT Business customers who need to make payments on their account. This role will involve making outbound calls to BT business customers who have outstanding balances on their account to request that payment is made You'll effectively and promptly assist them, resolving any queries they may have, and ensuring that the call ends with all outstanding debts paid and the customer has had an excellent experience.

About you:
You will have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers. You will also be great at problem solving, leaving the customer happy each and every time. You'll also have strong communication skills, an ability to quickly build a rapport with all kinds of people, motivated in working to targets, and the ability to resolve issues relating to debt in a positive way. Finally, you'll be able to work effectively as part of a vibrant and engaged team, supporting individual and team success.

This is a full time position, involving 37.5 hours a week between the contact centre's core opening times of 08.00 - 18.00, Monday to Friday. Free parking!
