Manpower is recruiting for French-Speaking Customer Service Advisors in Liverpool to work for our prestigious client who is a leading international supplier of Business Process Outsourcing solutions for complex, technology-driven services.

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be to:

* Provide an advanced level of customer service via telephone, email, white mail, fax and social media in a proactive and forward thinking approach
* Build relationships with the customers whilst empathising with the customer enquiry
* Provide professional, accomplished communication to a wide range of customers
* Represent a global brand while communicating on social media platforms
* Go the extra mile for the customer and to build on the foundations that our client stands for
* Ensure personal key performance indicators and service level agreements are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
* Proven record of providing internal and external customer service orientation
* A proven level of customer service, ideally within a contact centre environment
* Awareness of the impact social media can have on a global brand
* Excellent understanding of social media platforms
* Experience of using CRM tools/software
* A good understanding and use of MS Office applications (essential)
* An innovative, solution-orientated mindset
* Be confident using all Microsoft packages

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, across various shift patterns.
