A new and exciting opportunity is available for a based with our client in Folkestone, Kent. This is initially a temporary role with the opportunity of becoming a permanent position after 3 months.

As a Business Services Agent working in the fast paced environment you will be responsible for providing user support and resolution from the London insurance market including applications. You will need to have strong communication skills and attention to detail as you will be assisting remote users via telephone and email. The role also requires you to liaise effectively with both onshore and offshore teams to provide consistently high standard of customer service to users. You will need to deliver excellent customer service and ensure resolution of issues using a web based system. The role is extremely rewarding and satisfaction can be taken from delivering excellent customer service at all times.

In this role you will be required to work 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am - 19:00pm. You will need to have a basic knowledge of computer packages such as Microsoft Office, and have an affinity for problem solving as well as a good telephone manner, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work to SLA's. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a call centre environment and / or customer service. Knowledge of the London Insurance Market would be desirable.

The pay rate for this role is £8.20 per hour, which is paid on a weekly basis. Along with a generous annual leave entitlement of 31 days per year (pro rata).

Security checks will be carried out prior to final offer. This will include a check for current bankruptcy notices, County Court Judgements (CCJ's) and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA's) and a criminal record check for unspent convictions.
