We are working with the industry's leading provider of direct consumer warranties, looking for a Affiliate and Partner Marketing Manager, our client specialises in mechanical breakdown insurance for vehicles and have consistently been innovators for the sector, with the customer at the forefront of everything they do.

We need a talented Affiliate and Partner Marketing Manager to ensure the continued success and growth of this important online channel. This is a full time client side role with overall responsibility for the performance and management of B2C Affiliate and Partner Marketing in the UK.

In this exciting, fast paced and demanding role, you will be responsible for proactively managing, developing and executing the online Affiliates, Partners and Price Comparison strategies. Additionally you will look to research, sustain and grow activity through effective management of the affiliate network, ensuring all relevant targets and business objectives are met.

You will need to be able to hit the ground running, so will need to demonstrate a good understanding of affiliate performance marketing and have proven success managing this channel.

Required Skills and Work Experience
*Experienced Affiliate marketing expert who can confidently network and build relationships with key industry partners
*At least 4/5 years' experience in Affiliate / Partner / Comparison Site marketing
*A demonstrable track record in developing relationships with affiliate networks / direct advertisers and winning new business
*A good level of knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel
*Sound knowledge of online tracking, budget management and excellent planning skills
*Knowledge of the latest developments within affiliate marketing
*Experience of multiple stakeholder management
*Experienced at negotiating and confident decision making
*Experienced affiliate thinker who is consistently looking to find incremental gains and uses innovation to drive the affiliate agenda
*Experience of reviewing data and turning insights into actionable plan
*Confident, professional, self-motivated and self-managing
*Excellent communication and questioning skills
