Our Wigan town centre based client is now recruiting for a Weekend Team Leader to join their successful and expanding customer contact centre.
Manpower are recruiting for a Contact Centre Team Leader to work in our client's 'emergency' team. The main duties of the role will be to lead the contact centre team to ensure high standards of service are delivered to all external and internal customers.

You will be required to work on a shift rota basis varying between the hours of 8am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday.

The key Accountabilities include:

- Provide support and ad hoc reporting
- Maintain and monitor contact centre operations
- Act as the main point of contact for any escalations
- Respond to emergency situations and manage expectations of customers
- Liaise with training departments to advise of any training and development needs
- Liaise with key customers and other departments as necessary

To be considered for this opportunity Manpower are looking for the following skills / experience:

- Experience of working in a contact centre environment
- Experience of communicating with external customers
- Experience of shift working or able to adapt easily to this
- Team Leader / Supervisory experience
