Are you addicted to TikTok? Are you an imaginative video creator who is always trying out the latest trends? We're looking for people to produce some fun, engaging and entertaining content for our TikTok channel which shows off the best bits of uni and the realities of being a student at BCU.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping our channel and driving our content forward for the future. We have a growing audience (currently of nearly 3000 followers), and TikTok is becoming an increasingly important part of our paid student recruitment campaigns. One of our videos recently went viral and reached 900,000 views organically - and we're hoping to build on that success with your video ideas!

If you're aiming to build your knowledge and gain experience of working in a professional content creation team in a large and busy marketing department - this is a great opportunity, and we want to hear from you.

You'll be working for a couple of hours per week on average to begin with, but there will be opportunities to increase this at different times throughout the year - for example attending events such as Open Days and preparing for campaigns.

How to apply

Manpower will email you the next steps of the application which will include the below:

1. Sending your Current TikTok Link (if you have a current account)

2. Creating a Tiktok interview video. If you don't have an active TikTok profile, you will be asked to send a video filmed and edited on TikTok telling us the 3 best things about studying at BCU. Use the video to demonstrate your knowledge of current trends, sounds, filming style and editing. Don't be afraid to be out of the box with the video; embrace the use of popular sounds, use trending topics/styles and be creative in your approach. Although TikTok videos can be up to 3 minutes, we have found that shorter videos perform much better so keep this in mind when producing your video.
