HR Administrator
Administrator - Annesley, Nottingham
Our client, a leading energy provider in the UK are currently recruiting for an administrator to join their HR Colleague Services team in their busy Annesley office. This team is responsible for looking after the administration for any employment changes, this could be onboarding for new starters involving new contract creation, screening information and uploading information into a master HR system.
Pay rate: £9.12 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm
Contract: Until November 15th 2019
Location: Annesley, Nottingham
Role responsibilities:
- Support admin tasks surrounding employment changes
- Contract creation
- Chasing relevant paperwork to ensure timescales are met
- Support colleagues with general queries surrounding updates on candidates
- Systems - Outlook / Excel / in house system database
Key Skills Required:
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Experience with the Microsoft office packages.
- Prioritisation and organisation skills (able to successfully handle multiple tasks at the same time and to prioritise)
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Communication skills with positive attitude, accountability and ownership
- Ability to work with new IT skills
- Good relationship skills to work with remote teams
- Keen eye for detail
- Proven track record of delivering excellent service to customers and stakeholders at all times
- A strong team player with an excellent attitude and professional character
- HR administration experience would be advantageous
