Coordinator - Coventry CV4

Our client, a leading energy provider are currently recruiting for a coordinator to join their team in their Coventry office. This office is responsible for arranging external wall work for their customers including cavity wall insulation as well as looking after the site team who carry out this work.

The team of coordinators will work within the operations support team to ensure that our field operations team can function smoothly, whether it be dealing with wages, taking customer payments, working with planning, HR, Fleet or procurement, this will be for a variety schemes in order to meet our ECO. You will be the main contact for our customers, resolving their queries and ensuring an excellent customer journey

Location: Coventry CV4 8LG

Pay rate: £10.22 per hour

Contract: 6 month rolling contract

Hours: Full time 37 hours: The office is open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of scheme data required for the OFGEM Carbon claiming process.
  • Provide regular scheme management information and provide weekly report on surveys, booked in jobs & completions for ECO projects
  • Responsible for dealing with customer complaints as per the complaint process and to the agreed time-frame, ensuring they are logged, processed and accurately reported each week
  • Ensure new customer leads are contacted within agreed time-frame and new jobs are created in our It system and allocated to the correct ECO scheme
  • Understand what paperwork is needed for ECO & ensure completed and filed away correctly
  • To ensure installations are booked in within agreed time-frame and uploaded to in the correct format
  • To ensure diaries are filled, and appointments are made which suit both the customer and the business
  • Taking part in the late work pattern rota to ensure telephone cover during peak periods
  • Contacting customers to take payments and to ensure that the customer is happy with their quotes, and any queries are answered in a timely manner
  • To ensure that our customers are kept up to date throughout their journey with us
  • Supporting the field in any queries they may have in ensuring that all of jobs that they install can be progressed compliantly

Skills Required:

  • Good level of experience in an admin/customer supporting role
  • Experience of resolving customer queries preventing escalation into a complaint
  • Prioritisation an organisation skills (able to successfully handle multiple tasks at the same time and to prioritise)
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Communication skills with positive attitude, accountability and ownership
  • Ability to work with new IT skills
  • Good relationship skills to work with remote teams
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent service to customers and stakeholders at all times
  • A strong team player with an excellent attitude and professional character
