Heat Customer Service Advisor

Our Client provides hot water, heating & cooling directly to some of their customers though district heating networks across the country. They're one of the UK's biggest District Heating providers - and this is your chance to join as a Customer Service Advisor.

This position is based in Nottingham, Annesley however, due to the current situation with Covid-19, we will require flexibility for you to work both at home and on site, any equipment needed for you to complete your role will be provided and we will be here to support you throughout this, you will need access to a stable broadband connection.

The contact centre is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, you will be expected to be flexible to work during these times.

About you:

Ideally, you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role, but don't worry if you haven't. We're looking for someone with great communication skills who will be comfortable handing both inbound and outbound calls professionally.

The benefits:

You'll initially join on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to progress to a permanent basis at a later date. There's a range of great benefits on offer too:

• Initially the pay will be £9.75 per hour with the chance for it to later rise to £11.32 per hour.
• You'll start with 28 days pro-rata annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days pro-rata (including bank holidays)
