Customer Service Agent - Warm Home Discount

Millions of people get their gas and electricity from one of the UK's top energy suppliers at home and at work. This is your chance to join our client as a Warm Home Discount Agent, assisting customers throughout their journey with us, obtaining discount on their heating bills.

This is home based role however you will be required to work in our Covid-19 safe site a few days a month and during training.

Pay: £9.75 per hour

Location: Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, NG15 0DR

Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am and 8pm

Contract: ongoing

About the role:

You will be responsible for managing the end to end customer journey in relation to the rebate element of Warm Home Discount.

You will support with responses to enquiries regarding eligibility, as well as dealing with back office processes.

This role will play an important part in meeting our Warm Home Discount obligation and ensuring our compliance with the regulations.

Essentials:

• Customer focused
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to deliver within given timescales whilst maintaining clear lines of responsibility and communication.
• Knowledge of the Warm Home Discount scheme is preferred.
• Ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to organise and prioritise with a flexible approach to handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
