As a front-line advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and delighting our customers, actively promoting the benefits of smart meters and giving useful energy advice.

Initially the pay will be £10.13 per hour with the chance for it to later rise to £11.77 per hour dependant on your performance.

You'll start with 28 days pro-rata annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days pro-rata (including bank holidays)

Great support systems in place like mental health first aiders, well-being warriors and one-to-one support meetings to drive your progression.
