This position is based in Solihull and will be a mixture of home working and office working. You will need to be able to get to site on a regular basis.

The working hours for this role are Monday-Friday either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.

The role is a 6 month contract

About the role:

The role will work within the Metering Operations team within Business Solutions (I&C - Large business customers), which is responsible for managing the end to end delivery of metering services for customers in line with compliance obligations. This role will support with the rollout of Automated Meter Reading (AMR), metering and ensuring the AMR meters installed across our portfolio are communicating & receiving remote reads to support billing, settlement & performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analysing job results from site visits undertaken by the field
• Reviewing industry data flows
• Customer engagement to obtain access information for sites

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• With a structured and logical approach, the role holder will have strong analytical skills capable of identifying and solving problems
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Ability to analyse data

• The pay will be £14.54 per hour.
• You'll start with 28 days pro-rata annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days pro-rata (including bank holidays)
