About the role

Join our expanding associate community, and you'll be the face of ManpowerGroup Solutions. You'll work on-site with our clients, conducting various recruitment tasks - including:

Occupational psychology

Designing assessment tools

Psychometric testing

CV and competency statement sifting

Facilitating and assessing at an assessment centre

Telephone, video and panel interviewing

As an experienced associate and/or recruiter, you'll provide the highest quality service to all client stakeholders. You'll be confident in working with the most up-to-date, innovative selection tools, and you'll demonstrate extensive recruitment expertise. Most of all, you'll be a true trusted advisor and partner - both to us, and our clients too.

These roles offer real flexibility to build a working pattern that suits your life. We're looking for consistent, reliable support, but if you only want to work a few days a week or you'd prefer non-standard working hours, we'll do everything we can to accommodate it.

These roles are available across multiple UK-based locations, and offer competitive pay rates too.
