The Opportunity:

An exciting role where you will be working with one of Manpower's prestigious clients to enable a first-class service in delivering a high-volume recruitment project.

This is a demanding role which requires agility and flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing landscape.

As a shift co-ordinator your role will be to oversee staff singing in and out of each shift and monitoring shift attendance. You will also be completing payroll tasks, scheduling ROTAs to meet client requirements and ensuring all staff are aware of their scheduled shifts.

Completing floor walks to ensure all staff and working in line with our client's policies and procedures.

In return for your hard work we will pay you every hour that you work, your pay rate will depend on shift worked. You will be expected to be available to work weekends and be flexible around your designated shift time.

The shift times are likely to cover:

05:00 - 13:00- £13.50

12:00 - 20:00- £13.50

18:00 - 02:00- £14.50

You:

We really are looking for outgoing candidates for this, who have experience of working with people from all back grounds and at different levels of Management. They need to be confident talking to please we don't want people who are going to hid from the client or temps.

It is preferred you will have experience of working with people from all backgrounds and also different levels of management. You must be confident communicating with staff and delegating workloads. You must also have the confidence to address difficult situations, such as under performance, attendance etc.

You will be dealing with our client's floor managers and also Manpower managers where you will have to use your initiative and speak up in group discussions.

You will be working in a very busy, challenging but rewarding environment.

Experience of being able to work well under pressure is a desired skill along with strong communication skills. You will be confident to hold professional and consultative client discussions regularly throughout each shift.

You will have good IT skills, including Excel, Outlook and ability to learn database management systems.

The level of compliance administration required for the client is robust due to the nature of the business they are in, so your attention to detail, coordination skills and organisational skills must be strong.
