Training and Adoption Lead

Manpower is currently seeking an interim Training & Adoption Lead, to work with our global FMCG client The Magnum Ice Cream Company, renowned for brands such as Magnum, Ben & Jerry's, Cornetto and Wall's, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is based at Barnwood, Gloucester. This is a full-time temporary role to last until the end of 2026, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £44,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training & Adoption Lead to support the delivery of training for our S4 HANA system implementation.

This role will play a key part in ensuring that all training activities are effectively planned, coordinated, and delivered, while also supporting the wider change management effort to drive understanding and adoption across the business.

You will act as the central point of coordination between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and learners, ensuring a smooth and structured rollout of training.

This role operates within a fast-paced transformation programme where not all answers will be available upfront. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and driving progress even when direction is still evolving. You will recognise that progress is more important than perfection, and that inaction presents the greatest risk.
