Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Talent Attraction Communications Specialist to join a dynamic talent and employer branding team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, recruitment marketing, and content creation who can deliver engaging campaigns that strengthen employer brand and candidate engagement.
Working closely with internal communications, talent acquisition, and marketing stakeholders, you'll play a key role in planning, creating, and distributing compelling content across multiple channels. You'll also leverage emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to drive innovative and effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with employer branding and recruitment objectives
- Plan, write, and produce engaging recruitment and employer brand content including:
- Job adverts and recruitment campaigns
- Social media posts and paid ads
- Email campaigns
- Blog articles and website copy
- Internal communications materials
- Create and manage content calendars across careers websites and social platforms
- Tailor messaging and content formats for channels including LinkedIn, job boards, websites, and internal communications platforms
- Collaborate with employees, HR teams, recruiters, and business stakeholders to gather authentic stories and content
- Monitor campaign and content performance, providing insight-led recommendations to optimise engagement and reach
- Support internal communications activity by sharing campaign updates, insights, and upcoming initiatives with Talent Acquisition teams
- Partner closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment with wider brand and employer value proposition messaging
- Ensure all communications maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Utilise AI tools, content management systems, and emerging technologies to streamline content creation and enhance effectiveness
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in content creation, communications, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
- Experience managing social media content and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting tools
- Experience using content management systems and AI-enabled content tools
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices for digital and recruitment content
- Experience with design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovative communication strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred
