About the role

We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Administrator/ Office Support to join a busy team in Haydock. This is a varied role supporting day-to-day office operations and helping keep everything running smoothly. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, communication, and teamwork.

What you will be doing

  • Handling and organising paperwork related to deliveries and operations
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Supporting the stock control department with administrative tasks
  • Welcoming and assisting drivers at the office window
  • Taking bookings and enquiries via email and phone
  • Supporting the wider team with general office duties

What we are looking for

  • Previous admin experience is essential
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic IT systems
  • Good communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Organised with a proactive approach to work
  • A team player with a positive attitude
