Pay: £170 per day

Hours: Monday - Friday 37 Hours office working

Our Client, a leading organisation in the nuclear sector, is hiring for a dedicated Project Support to join their HPC Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major new nuclear build project, supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring smooth office operations.

What you'll be doing:
* Providing professional, accurate administrative support to the programme and wider team
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting packs
* Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and hospitality for meetings and events
* Maintaining data and records for easy access and retrieval
* Liaising with internal and external contacts to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
* Recording and producing minutes for key meetings
* Handling office services such as reprographics and document binding
* Responding to emails and phone enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What you'll bring:
* Strong organisational skills with a flexible, methodical approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation
* Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple tasks
* Previous experience supporting teams or senior managers
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven administrative support experience in a professional environment
* Familiarity with managing diaries, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings
* Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
