Service Adminstrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Record breakdown information accurately and generate job cards for tracking.
  • Schedule and book services, repairs, and maintenance appointments.
  • Update customers on the progress of repairs and resolve queries effectively.
  • Liaise with engineers to obtain job updates and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Arrange maintenance for engineers' service vans.
  • Handle administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and document distribution to relevant customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.
