Delivery Driver

Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our National Client based in Cardiff for a 3.5t Driver to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start!

Location: Cardiff (East)
Pay: £13.18 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Duration: Ongoing
Working hours: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver paint and decorating supplies to trade customers and decorators within a planned route
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Support with general warehouse and store duties during periods when not engaged in driving tasks.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Navigate efficiently using local area knowledge and planned routes to optimise delivery times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be aged over 21 years old.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• At least 2 years of driving experience, preferably with multi-drop deliveries with the ability to manage between 25-30 drops per day.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
• Appropriate PPE such as safety boots and high-visibility jackets.
• Flexibility to support additional warehouse or store duties as required.
