Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT/ Counterbalance Driver to support a client based in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with the potential for an immediate start and long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Location

• Grimsby (near Estate Roads)
  * Site is accessible via local transport routes

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off
  * 7:00am - 7:00pm

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck across warehouse, yard, and Coldstore areas
  * Loading and unloading deliveries
  * Supporting general warehouse and yard duties as required (inclusive or handballing)
  * Assisting other teams when needed

What We're Looking For

Experience
* Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance Licence
* At least 1 year experience in a similar role

Skills & Attributes
* Comfortable working weekends as part of a rota
* Willingness to work across Coldstore, warehouse, and outdoor yard environments
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Strong team player with a flexible and proactive approach
