Shifts - Friday to Monday - 6.00am - 2.00pm

Responsibilities

• The role will include taking incoming calls from drivers, assisting with queries and arranging deliveries.
• Despatching orders to customers through optimum use of the driver network.
• The role will also involve making outgoing calls to customers to inform them of any delivery changes and re-routing drivers to deal with urgent orders.
• Order management processing

Details

• The ideal candidate will need to have a good telephone manner
• Experience completing general admin duties, be computer literate
• Customer service or transport experience beneficial
• Geographical knowledge is beneficial however not essential
• Ideal candidate has the ability to think on their feet and be pro-active
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.

The position is an immediate start - and runs through until March 31^st 2027 with the potential of temp to perm.
