🚛 26T Dust Cart HGV Driver

Salary: £20- £23 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, 06:00 start (flexible rota)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable 32T Dust Cart HGV Driver to join our team collecting waste from train stations across London Zones 1-2. You will be operating a rear-wheeled dust cart/waste vehicle with a manned crew.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a 26T dust cart HGV safely and efficiently
• Ensuring the vehicle is driven safely to avoid accidents or damage, particularly when navigating London streets
• Collecting and transporting waste from train stations to depots
• Working closely with a manned crew to complete and support with collections
• Conducting pre-use vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• Following all health, safety, and transport regulations

✅ What We're Looking For

• Valid Cat C HGV licence - held for 1 year ( insurance reasons)
• Experience driving 26T rear-wheeled dust cart or waste vehicles
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to regulations
• Early start (06:00) availability, flexible to work weekends
• Team player with good communication skills

📝 Assessment & Induction

All drivers will be required to complete a full driving assessment and theory assessment prior to starting.
