Production Operative / Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Avonmouth
Pay: £13.00 per hour + overtime after 6pm
Hours: Monday-Friday, 15:00-00:00 (Overtime available daily and at weekends)

About the Role

We are recruiting a Production Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join a busy fertiliser production site in Avonmouth. This is a varied and hands-on role, with roughly half your time spent operating a forklift and the rest assisting in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to move 1-tonne fertiliser bags

• Assist in transferring fertiliser from silos into bulk bags

• Ensure all products are correctly labelled and stored

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area

• Support general site and production operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

• Experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Reliable and willing to work overtime
