Shovel Loader Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Sharpness
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Shovel Loader Operative on a temp to perm basis for a well-established company based in Sharpness, specialising in the storage and sale of fertiliser for farmers.

This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a shovel loader to move, load, and store fertiliser
• Safe storage and handling of materials
• Daily equipment and safety checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to all site health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous shovel loader operating experience (essential)
• Valid shovel loader / plant ticket (preferred)
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable working in an agricultural or industrial environment
