Shunter
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 09:30-18:00
Location: Doncaster
Pay: £15.86 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Shunter to join our team at our client site in Doncaster.

Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shunting: Move trailers around the yard and into loading bays.
• Assist with strapping and unstrapping loads.
• Identify damage and defects on trailers and report as required

Requirements:

• Previous shunting experience.
• Comfortable with loading bay operations.
• Ideally have a C+E Licence but would accept Cat B if you have previous experience of shunting.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to pass an on-site assessment for the role.
