Van Driver (Multi-Drop)

Location: Rochester
Pay Rate: £14.08 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - up to 11 hour working day
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Van Driver for a multi-drop (12 drops) role covering London, Kent, Sussex, and Essex. This position involves regular manual handling, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
A strong working knowledge of South East England, including Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to customer locations across London and the South East
• Safely operate a company vehicle in line with road traffic laws and company policies
• Use tail lifts, pallet trucks, and powered pump trucks (training provided)
• Handle deliveries where FLTs are not available
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and customer service

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Driving assessment required
• Proven multi-drop driving experience
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements)
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Strong knowledge of the UK road network
