Partnership Management & Relationship Building
- Build effective, long-term relationships with employers, industry bodies, local authorities, FE colleges and sector partners.
- Act as first point of contact for partners.
- Respond to enquiries, coordinate visits, ensure excellent partner experience.
- Maintain accurate records of partner engagement using CRM tools.

3. Skills, Apprenticeship & CPD Engagement
- Provide information, advice and guidance to employers on apprenticeship standards, levy requirements and programme suitability.
- Manage employer pipelines from enquiry through to conversion.
- Coordinate with LLAH Project manager to arrange co-creation workshops, curriculum engagement and employer events.
- Coordinate with the LLAH Compliance and Quality manager to successfully onboard apprentices, CPD Learners and Employers.
