Job Title: Civil Engineering Technician (Revit)

Role Overview:
A well-established consultancy is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Technician (Revit) to join their team in Dunfermline. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and the opportunity to work on a variety of housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Revit models for housing projects
• Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs
• Ensure work is completed to deadlines with high attention to detail

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience using Revit
• Proven experience in the residential/housing/housing development sector
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Team player with good communication skills
