We're offering a brilliant opportunity for a General Handy Person to join our on?site facilities team, playing a vital part in creating a safe, compliant and well?maintained environment.

The Role
As a General Handy Person, you'll support the day?to?day running of the facilities by:

• Working with a multi?skilled team to carry out a variety of general maintenance tasks
• Assisting tradespeople and supporting wider FM activities on site
• Ensuring work is completed safely, professionally and in line with standards
• Supporting the team manager with FM duties as needed
• Maintaining high levels of health and safety across all work areas
• Contributing to local and business-wide zero carbon initiatives, helping drive sustainability across the contract

This is a varied, hands?on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and has a flexible, proactive approach.

Requirements
We're looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable and confident in their practical abilities:

• Experience in general maintenance or DIY
• CITB-relevant certification (or equivalent) preferred
• Willingness to develop new skills and learn on the job
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong understanding of safe working practices
