Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in injection moulding or a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or manufacturing (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
