Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and outreach efforts.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or business development within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of the technology or software solutions industry is advantageous.
  • Relevant sales or business development certifications are desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
