We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a Plumber to join our facilities team, helping us deliver safe, compliant and efficient environments that support the continued operation of the UK's justice system.



The Role
As a key member of our onsite FM team, you'll take responsibility for a wide range of plumbing tasks, ensuring essential services remain fully operational across the estate. Your work will include:

  • Routine and non-routine plumbing maintenance
  • Repairs to mains water supply systems
  • Fault finding and diagnosing life-expired or defective equipment
  • Completing checks, repairs and making good where required
  • Water sampling, inspections and risk assessment activities
  • Supporting additional FM duties as directed

Requirements
We're looking for a skilled and reliable individual who brings:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
  • Experience in plumbing maintenance (commercial experience preferred)
  • Ability to operate light plant and equipment
  • Legionella awareness (desirable but training can be provided)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
