Plumber - Job Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an on?site Plumber based in the Stocken area.
The role is full?time at 39 hours per week, working across a 7?day rota. The position includes working 1 in every 3 weekends, with an additional 15% allowance added to the basic salary for weekend work.
Salary: £29,009 - £35,015, depending on experience.

Role Overview

The Plumber will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy facilities environment. The successful candidate will ensure systems and equipment are kept in safe, compliant and efficient working order.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing routine and non?routine plumbing maintenance
• Repairing mains water supply systems
• Diagnosing faults and identifying defective or end?of?life equipment
• Conducting inspections, water sampling and contributing to risk assessments
• Carrying out additional duties appropriate to the role

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent), with proven maintenance experience
• Competence in operating light plant and plumbing tools
• Awareness of Legionella compliance (desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience in a commercial or facilities environment
