A fantastic opportunity has become available for an on?site Plumber based in the Stocken area.
The role is full?time at 39 hours per week, working across a 7?day rota. The position includes working 1 in every 3 weekends, with an additional 15% allowance added to the basic salary for weekend work.
Salary: £29,009 - £35,015, depending on experience.
Role Overview
The Plumber will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy facilities environment. The successful candidate will ensure systems and equipment are kept in safe, compliant and efficient working order.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing routine and non?routine plumbing maintenance
- Repairing mains water supply systems
- Diagnosing faults and identifying defective or end?of?life equipment
- Conducting inspections, water sampling and contributing to risk assessments
- Carrying out additional duties appropriate to the role
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent), with proven maintenance experience
- Competence in operating light plant and plumbing tools
- Awareness of Legionella compliance (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a commercial or facilities environment
