HR Assistant - Glasgow & Erskine Offices

Salary: Up to £26,500 (DOE) | Hybrid Working | Great Benefits

Manpower are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our growing team across our Glasgow and Erskine offices. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people operations while working in a business that values innovation, sustainability, and career development.

What You'll Be Doing

HR Administration

  • Deliver an efficient and well‑organised HR administration service, reducing paperwork where possible
  • Manage core HR tasks including drafting letters, maintaining accurate filing records, and ensuring full compliance with the Data Protection Act
  • Keep HR systems and processes up to date and operating smoothly
  • Manage the shared HR inbox, ensuring timely and helpful responses
  • Coordinate travel and hotel bookings when required

Payroll Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries and process adjustments
  • Collate, input, and process monthly payroll information accurately
  • Manage new starter and leaver payroll data efficiently
  • Work closely with Finance and Billing to ensure headcount and payroll alignment
