Assembly Technician

A well?established manufacturing company in South Oxfordshire is seeking a permanent Assembly Technician to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy hands?on work and want to grow your skills in a quality?driven environment. You'll be active throughout the day - standing, bending and lifting - while helping produce a range of assemblies using hand tools and clear work instructions.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble small to large components
• Follow drawings and instructions accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Support wider manufacturing tasks
• Deliver high?quality workmanship
• Work flexibly with senior management and the team

You'll bring:

• Basic assembly/tool experience
• A positive, motivated attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organisation
• Reliability and teamwork

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
