We're looking for a Coil & Coating Operators to run and maintain coil & coating lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You'll handle line setups, changeovers, minor maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The roles offer salaries from £40,500 to £45,500 (dependent on role, experience and 2 or 3 shift working).

The ideal candidate

• Ideal experience would be operating coil and/or coating lines and a strong mechanical aptitude
• Engineering qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and team focus
