Field Store Warehouse Operative

Location: Blackstaff Road, Kennedy Way Industrial Estate, Belfast
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
Contract: Temporary/ Perm

The Role

We are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to support day-to-day warehouse operations. Duties include picking, packing, goods in/out, loading and unloading, returns processing, and general warehouse housekeeping. You will also use warehouse systems and MHE where required to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Picking, packing, checking, and processing stock
• 
  Loading and unloading vehicles
• 
  Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• 
  Maintaining health, safety, and site security standards
• 
  Providing professional customer service
• 
  Supporting continuous improvement and meeting productivity targets

What We're Looking For

• 
  Previous warehouse experience preferred
• 
  Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• 
  Good communication and teamwork skills
• 
  Reliable, flexible, and punctual
• 
  Basic computer skills desirable
• 
  Full driving licence beneficial but not essential
