Night Shift Counterbalance FLT Driver

Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Hours: Night shift - 7:00pm starts
Days: Monday to Friday
Contract: Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate

We are currently recruiting a Night Shift Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy operation handling pallets of fish. This is a mixed role, not solely forklift driving, and requires flexibility and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
• 
  Loading and unloading pallets of fish
• 
  Manual handling as part of a mixed warehouse role
• 
  Counting stock and checking pallet quantities
• 
  Completing basic paperwork and documentation
• 
  Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• 
  Valid counterbalance FLT licence
• 
  Experience in a warehouse or cold/fresh produce environment preferred
• 
  Comfortable with night shift work
• 
  Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• 
  Good attention to detail for counting and paperwork
