Forklift Driver / Assembler
Location: Southampton, SO14
Type: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 08:00-17:00 | Friday, 08:00-16:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour | 39 hours per week

What you'll be doing:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods within the facility.
• Assembly work and general warehouse tasks, including some manual and occasional heavy lifting.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Help with order fulfilment and ensure goods are delivered correctly and on time.
• Keep accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic data entry.

What we're looking for:

• A valid forklift licence and proven forklift experience.
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to get involved in different warehouse tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, someone personable who works well with others.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Basic computer skills for stock and data recording.
