Machine Operative

🕗 Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (there is the possibility of some flexibility in hours)

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our client's team in Ross-on-Wye. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company specialising in the production of filters and other products.

The Role:

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing process. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

• Monitoring product quality to ensure standards are met

• Carrying out basic machine adjustments where required

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous machine operating or production experience preferred (but not essential)

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to work as part of a team
