Shift Pattern
Enjoy a rotating 3-shift system:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00
  (Start times may vary depending on the day)

Your Role
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in the manufacturing process:

• Set up and operate production machinery
• Perform tool changes to meet production needs
• Monitor processes, take samples, and feed machines/lines
• Complete accurate documentation for each stage
• Carry out routine maintenance and report issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Achieve daily targets and deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Some heavy lifting required
