Job Responsibilities
- Pick and supply products to production cells in accordance with customer orders
- Operate material handling equipment including forklift trucks, counterbalance, flexi/flexi-flt, and order pickers
- Assist with general warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, railway cars, and aircraft
- Move materials within the warehouse or storage facility using appropriate equipment
- Enter product information into computer databases, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling, addressing, stamping, and arranging transportation
- Maintain a clean, well-lit, and safe working environment at all times
- Work flexibly across rotating shifts, including early mornings, to meet operational needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Forklift certification (including Bendi/Flexi, Counterbalance, or Man-up order picker) is essential
- Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision, identifying issues and seeking assistance when needed
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and Fridays
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and inventory management
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle products in a busy warehouse setting
