Secondary School Support Caretaker
Location: Manchester Enterprise Academy Central (Prospere Learning Trust)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71

We are looking to appoint an experienced and reliable Caretaker to support the day-to-day operational needs of a busy secondary school. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual who can ensure the school premises are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.

You will play a key role in supporting staff and students by maintaining a high standard of site management and responding promptly to issues as they arise.

Role Duties:

• General caretaking and site maintenance
• Setting up and putting away rooms/equipment
• Responding to staff requests via walkie talkie
• Emptying bins and litter picking
• Basic repairs and cleaning duties

Requirements:

• Previous caretaker or site experience is essential
• Able to carry out basic maintenance tasks
• Reliable and able to work independently
