As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their Aftermarket Sales team and are now seeking a driven and customer-focused Aftersales Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full software renewal and service contract process within your designated territory
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding ongoing needs and requirements
  • Promoting aftermarket software, training, accessories, retrofit solutions, and service offerings
  • Confidently negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts
  • Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to deliver customer success
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets with full CRM ownership and reporting responsibility

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
  • Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and confident in generating your own leads
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline
  • Experience in Aftersales, renewals, or technical product sales (desirable)
  • Interest in technology, engineering, or software-based solutions (advantageous)
  • Salesforce experience would be desirable
