Manpower UK Ltd is growing, and we're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to specialise in the industrial sector - supporting clients across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and production. What You'll Be Doing

• Becoming a true specialist in the industrial market - understanding client operations, workforce needs and hiring trends
• Building and growing a portfolio of industrial clients through sales, business development and networking
• Managing the full recruitment cycle for temp and perm roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates
• Using social media, headhunting and databases to attract high‑quality industrial talent
• Preparing CVs, organising interviews and managing feedback
• Negotiating pay rates and offering market insights to clients and candidates
• Ensuring full compliance and supporting junior team members where needed
