  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer data
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Relevant sales or business development qualifications are desirable
  • Knowledge of the UK market and industry-specific regulations is advantageous
